Everything was satisfactory at this hotel.

It is located within the village of Melnrage and it has not got any good sights or shops.Mainly just low class drunken Lithuanians who aim to bargain a good deal.We stayed 4 nights and during those 4 nights no one cleaned the room or changed the bedsheets, no wi-fi either even though on the website it was said that they would have it. The shower was dirty and filthy. Staff was not helpful or welcoming. The price that we paid was too high. I'd probably recommend for people to book hotels in the city centre of Klaipeda, then you can avoid all the drunks that gather round.

No satellite TV that was promised on Booked.net home page, there were just three or four Lithuanian channels on TV. There also was a problem with a shower. A water drainage opening on the shower floor was severely clogged up before our arrival, so the used water did not go down. After we had informed the personnel of the hotel, they did nothing to fix the problem. The shower was out of order during all our two days stay at the hotel.

Our xmas experience was less than satisfactory due to several reasons. the rooms were not cleaned well enough, and there seemed to be a lot of dust everywhere.

Spacious rooms, good location. During our romantic escape, we booked a room which was big, with great ambiance. It was located nearby a long sandy beach, which was perfect for a quiet time together. the location had a store nearby which made it convenient to buy snacks.
